And he should know. With a career spanning over 25 years, Pete is recognised worldwide as one of the most influential DJ's in dance music. Wretch 32 swung by the Point Blank to hook up with Osasu, the winner of Choice FM and Barclaycard's recent competition to win a session in the studio with the grime star. They worked together with Point Blank tutor Alex Phountzi (Greenmoney/Bugz in the Attic), engineering Osasu's winning track which will be released on the Point Blank label in the near future. Keep an ear out for that!

Having just won the 2010 BRIT Award for 'Best Producer' and with credits including Florence and the Machine, Kate Nash, Bloc Party, Maximo Park, Primal Scream and The Rapture, Paul Epworth is undoubtably one of music's hottest properties at the moment. With a CV like that we were delighted when Paul agreed to come in and share some of his experience with students on the HNC Music Production Course. Paul was incredibly generous with his time, talking students through a selection of the tracks that he has worked on and revealing the inside track on how he's become the country's most in-demand record producer.
