Terms & Conditions

Point Blank

All courses, studios, equipment and materials are owned, created, operated and/or managed by Point Blank Limited ("Point Blank"), a company registered in England and Wales, with its trading address at 23-28 Penn St, London N1 5DL.

International Students

Point Blank welcomes students from all over the world. If you are applying from a non-EU country it is likely that you will require a student visa in order to study in the UK. All of our long-term courses meet the relevant criteria for the award of a student visa and we are happy to provide students who have registered for a course with a letter of acceptance to assist their application. However, the responsibility for securing the visa itself rests with the individual student and Point Blank can take no responsibility for applications that are unsuccessful.

Deposit and Course Fees

Deposit fees are non-refundable. Full payment, if not received with the Deposit Fee, must be received at least 14 days prior to the commencement of the specific course you wish to take. Payment by installments is possible if agreed and arranged in advance according to the guidelines set out below (but please see specific course fees for details). Refunds may be given only at the discretion of the Company Management.

Paying in Instalments

Payment in instalments is possible if agreed and arranged in advance according to the following guidelines. All students wishing to pay by instalments must provide either:

Withdrawal from your course

If for any reason you wish to withdraw from your course, we ask that you notify us in writing at least 21 days before commencement of your course stating the reasons for your withdrawal. A “course” is defined as one or more course modules booked in a single enrolment . Refunds may be given at the sole discretion of Point Blank only if written notice is received in the required time period. Deposit fees are non-refundable. There is a deposit of £200 per course module up to a maximum of £800. Point Blank offers several payment methods for course fees. Please note that if you pay the course fees in full, you can only apply for a refund of the full fee (less deposit) before the 21 day notice period. If you withdraw from the course when the notice period has elapsed then the fees are non-refundable. If you opt to pay in instalments it is still necessary to give 21 days notice if you wish to withdraw. If you do not do so, then your instalments will remain payable in the normal manner.

Amendments to course schedule

Upon booking your course you will receive written confirmation of the start dates for each of your chosen modules. Class numbers are strictly limited and you are strongly advised to read through the confirmation thoroughly in order to ensure your availability on the specified days. Whilst we try to be flexible, Point Blank reserves the right to make an administration charge of £25 for any changes to your course schedule. Students who wish to make changes to their schedule must apply in writing at least 21 days before the course module is due to start. No changes can be made after this point.

Late Payment

If late payments are received from any student, including any student paying by installment, Point Blank reserves the right to cancel the student's course outright or until such payments are made. Repetitive late payments may result in the termination of his/her course.

We expect all students to treat the staff, facilities and their classmates with due respect. Point Blank reserves the right to exclude or expel any student whose conduct or behaviour is deemed unacceptable. In such cases, full fees will remain payable.
