Point Blank Online courses are based on the award-winning teaching system used at Point Blank Music School, voted ‘Best Music Production School' by readers of DJ Magazine for FIVE consecutive years. The challenge for us in teaching music production over the web was to maintain a high level of interactivity with you the student, so that you feel as involved online as you would if you attended a class at our HQ in London. We also wanted to avoid getting bogged down in technical issues and therefore have created a simple to use yet satisfying format. We are sure you'll agree!

How long does the course last?

The course itself runs over twelve weeks. However, once you have enrolled with us your user ID will remain active for a full year, enabling you to access your notes and tutorials even after you have completed the course. Access to discussion groups and message boards will be active for the full duration of your course.

The courses consist of a series of weekly online lessons delivered in an easy step-by-step style. You will gain access to a new lesson each week and be able to work on the material anytime within that week. You will be guided through a series of activities designed to enhance your learning experience.

WATCHING: Video demonstrations.

LISTENING & ANALYSING: Audio examples to listen to and song templates to download.

INTERACTING: Discussions with tutors and students - Post assignments and tutors feedback - Quiz - Exchange musical ideas with fellow students.

CHAT ROOM: The chat room is the virtual classroom where the online lesson will take place, and is opened 24/7 to students to discuss live in real time.

MESSAGEBOARD: The messageboard can be used to:

• Share your work and collaborate with fellow students.

How much does it cost?
The introductory discounted price of the course is £595. If you wish, you can pay a deposit of £100 now to reserve your place and then pay the balance of £495 up to two weeks before your course start date.
