Module 4 of 6: Keyboards - What the Knobs Do!

Summary

The keyboard takes centre stage in computer-based set ups today. It is essential that you know how it works intimately to get the most out of your studio. This module covers basic playing techniques as well as how to use the functions of the keyboard on a technical level. The keyboard has a special place in the sphere of musical instruments because it can be used to play harmonies in the same way as a guitar but can also be used for intricate solo melodies. The piano or keyboard appears in every style of western music and can be played in different styles, depending on the type of music being performed.
