Kula Shaker Drum Session

Students on the Sound Engineering course got  a nice surprise this week when Kula Shaker drummer Paul Winterhart stopped by to record a drum session for them. Paul spent the day in Studio 1 and after a demonstration of studio miking techniques, he obliged with some suitably rockin' beats.

Paul also offered some valuable tips and advice for students. With numerous top 20 hits, a double platinum album ("K") and a string of sell-out tours under his belt, students were eager to hear about his career with one of the most successful UK bands of the '90's.
