Former Point Blank student Ben Scarr is an A&R Manager at Island Records. He signed Tinchy Stryder to the label and introduced the UK to one of the most successful new artists of 2009.

Ben also works with a host of other acclaimed artists including Amy Winehouse, Taio Cruz, Sugababes and Florence & The Machine.
