PB Students wins IDJ Raw Talent Contest

Ben Rau is currently studying the Music Production course at Point Blank but proved that he’s no slouch on the decks either when he won IDJ’s monthly Raw Talent DJ contest. Judges Eddie Halliwell, Nic Fanciulli and Jon O’ Bir were big fans of his “rugged, decadent and thoroughly underground” electro influenced mix and promptly voted it top of the pile. Ben fought off plenty of competition and won himself a rather tasty UDG record bag for his troubles. It’s only a matter of time before Ben’s studio productions start making waves but in the meantime watch out for his name on club flyers in the months to come. Congratulations Ben!
