Radio Course

Summary

The Radio Course provides hands-on practical training to students seeking to learn how to produce and present a radio show. Professional broadcasters with experience on BBC, Choice FM, Kiss FM and internet radio stations guide you through the skills you need to broadcast on FM or DAB, internet radio or via podcast. Students complete a showreel CD during the course and host their own live broadcast via Point Blank's radio station. If you have no previous experience and want to become a radio DJ then this course provides a great foundation from which to build your career. If you already have some radio experience and want to further your knowledge and expertise, then take a look at the Advanced Radio Course. Recently graduated student David Kirkwood is currently enjoying a long placement at BBC Radio 4.
