Course Overview

The Sound Engineering Course - Certificate is a one year programme designed to teach students the skills required to work in a professional recording studio. Starting with a comprehensive introduction to Logic Pro 8, the course explores the recording process via detailed lectures and demonstrations on recording drums, bass , guitars, vocals and other instruments. Mixing is explored in depth. The course is taught by professional audio engineers with extensive studio experience and credits including U2, INXS and The Rolling Stones. Each 12 week course module of the Sound Engineering Course is fully accredited by the Open College Network (OCN).

Timetable

One daytime or two evening classes per week

Daytime classes - 11am to 6pm

OR

Evening classes 6.30pm to 9.30pm
