Ian, a Grammy nominated,  former house engineer at Home Recordings, Nellee Hooper's recording studio for 12 years, has engineered sound for numerous artists, including; P Diddy, Foals, Wiley, Andrea Corr and Gwen Stefani. He is also noted for being one half of Oscar The Punk, and has remixed MIA, Robyn, Marina And The Diamons, Roisin Murphy and the Dead 60's. He has co-produced tracks with Moby for the X-Box game 'Bioshock'.

With over 19 years experience in sound, Kevin has worked with major recording artists: David Bowie, Depeche Mode, Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds, Goldfrapp and Grinderman and many more. He moved into 5:1 surround production, mixing Moby's 'Hotel' and Goldfrapp's 'Black Cherry' among others. Since 2008, Kevin has been handling the mixing and mastering of exclusive performances from KT Tunstall, Elbow, Hot Chip, MGMT and Robbie Williams.

Premen has engineered, mixed and produced for Klaxons (Mercury Award Winning Album), Bloc Party,  Lily Allen, Mystery Jets, Tricky, Elvis Costello, Carleen Anderson, Jack Penate, Jocelyn Brown, Soweto Kinch and many more. Starting out in 1990 Premen released house records on his own label before signing with Wall of Sound in 1994 and releasing under the names Dirty Beatniks and Rootless. He also remixed INXS, James and Marxman.  

Doug has worked in all aspects of the Music Industry working mainly in music management and signing 17 record deals both large and small. During his time in A&R at Cherry Red Records he worked closely with Alex Kapranos and members of Franz Ferdinand. During the Mid 00s Doug worked as Tour Manager on tours with The Strokes, Foo Fighters, The Kiaser Chiefs, The Klaxons, Mondo Generator and many more. He has also extensive experience in Marketing and Distribution whilst working for Pinnacle Distribution. He owns and runs The Stables Studio based near Brighton and has a live music venue also.

DJ, producer and remixer Benjamin Stefanski better known as Raffertie signed to Ninja Tune in April 2011 and has a debut album lined up for early 2012. Not one to be tied down to any style or genre he already has releases on labels as diverse as Seclusiasis, Planet Mu, Black Acre, Special Branch as well as his own imprint Super Recordings. Alongside this he also composes works for mediaand adverts based around briefs for clients across many different industries.

Ian has produced a wealth of house and garage tracks including the UK Top 10 hit 'Freak Like Me' plus dancefloor anthems including 'Dinamite' and 'Mr Big'. His remix and production credits include Pink and Shola Ama. Ian has played live and recorded with Geno Washington, Dexy's Midnight Runners and Edwin Starr, and is currently playing with a band featuring members of Brand New Heavies and Primal Scream. There is nothing about Logic that Ian doesnt know.

Phil is a Grammy winning musician and songwriter who has performed with everyone from Jamelia to reggae legends Bob Marley and Jimmy Cliff. He co-wrote "Buffalo Stance" with Neneh Cherry, for which he won an Ivor Novello award and a Grammy. "Buffalo Stance" has also recently been featured in the hugely popular Grand Theft Auto video game series. Phil has done extensive remix and production work and is a very experienced music teacher at diploma and degree level.

Signed to Arista and Universal Music, Danny has written, produced and remixed for artists ranging from 90's technopop band Republica to US stadium rockers Limp Bizkit. His music has featured in movies, on TV advertising campaigns and worldwide smash video games "Half Life 2" and "Left 4 Dead".

Paul is better known as General Midi and it's under that moniker that he has created genre defining tunes for labels including Rennie Pilgrem's TCR, Kilowatt and Distinctive. Paul is also a regular behind the decks and has made his reputation with devastating DJ sets at Fabric, Chew The Fat, Blow Pop and across Asia, America, Australia and Europe.
