If you opt in to the academic pathway, this Point Blank Certificate is accredited by Edexcel. You can however take advantage of Point Blank's expert tutors, outstanding facilities and practical hands on style of teaching without taking the academic route. You will still achieve the in house Point Blank Certificate on successful completion of the course.
For those opting in to the academic pathway, the Music Business Certificate is worth the equivalent of 1 'AS' level (30 credits) which makes which makes it an ideal progression route towards entering University or gaining a job in the industry. On successful completion of this Diploma you gain the following qualification: Edexcel BTEC Level 3 Certificate in Music Technology (Events Support).

She currently runs her own label and live promotion company Cool For Cats and manages two artists, Hatcham Social and Warm Brains, who are signed and published worldwide.
Gav Duffy was previously a successful musician who played some major UK festivals and received airplay on Radio 1, XFM and BBC 6 Music. Gav now works in Music & Festival PR and has worked with companies such as the Secret Garden Party, Sound Tracks Festival, Hart Media and Emms Publicity.

Paul's prophetic insights into the sounds of tomorrow has helped shape dance music as we know it. Paul is a promoter, DJ, and Label Manager and his finger is on the pulse of contemporary music.
Jen helped run T in the Park for 5 years before moving to London to run her own business, Euphonios, full time. She has A&R'd for Fiction Records and also set up Euphonios Records and King Tuts Recordings. Jen has also served on the boards of AIM and SMIA and has been involved in BBC Introducing on Radio 1. Jen manages Unicorn Kid, Polarsets, Dems and I Dream In Colour.
